2001 Annual Professional Development Workshop and Conference

Please accept this personal invitation to join your colleagues at the Users and Screener's Association Workshop at the Sheraton-Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland. As the official Orioles sponsored hotel, the Sheraton is offering USA-FEPP a limited number of group seats at the Tuesday night, July 31, 2001, Baltimore Orioles vs. Tampa Bay Devil Rays game.

Please note attendance at the game is not included in the conference registration amount and is purely of an extracurricular, recreational nature. A limited number of game tickets are available to USA-FEPP workshop attendees on a first-come, first-serve basis. Payment for the tickets should be made separately from the registration payment.  Game starting time is 7:05 p.m. and Camden Yards stadium is within walking distance of the hotel. Cost is $18.00 per ticket and is non-refundable. If you are planning to attend the 2001 USA-FEPP Professional Workshop and Conference and would like to purchase tickets for the July 31st game, please print off this form, complete, and forward to Terri Suite, USA-FEPP Secretary, by June 26, 2001.
